1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kynia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kynia is a mobile application that helps users save, organize, and act on places, recipes, and activities discovered across social media and other platforms. Kynia provides personalized, context-aware reminders based on your location, time, and preferences.

3. Account Registration

To use Kynia, you must:

• Provide a valid phone number for account verification.
• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications during registration, you consent to receive:

• Account verification messages: One-time codes sent to verify your identity. These are transactional messages initiated by you.
• Reminders and alerts (optional): Location-based reminders about saved places and activities. You may opt in or out of these separately. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Kynia is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you save to Kynia. By using our service, you grant Kynia a limited license to store, process, and display your saved content to provide our services to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Kynia for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Kynia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kynia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kynia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved content will always be available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
